The hall is a wide industrial space with exposed steel trusses and a high ceiling; roof skylights provide abundant natural daylight, dark-painted walls form a neutral backdrop and the floor is a smooth hard surface suitable for camera movement.

Room features: Mirrored walls support on-camera choreography checks and wardrobe reviews. An integrated PA and speaker system supplies playback on the floor, air conditioning maintains steady conditions during long sessions and lockable storage holds props and small equipment.

Best for: Dance, fitness and movement shoots, rehearsal and class filming, and commercial photography that requires an open, adaptable studio floor.

What sets it apart: Aerial rigging points attached to the roof trusses allow silks, hoops and other suspended apparatus to be used for shoots and rehearsals.
