Our first floor can be hired as a PDR Exclusive Events, Meetings or Group Dining.
This Private space is located on the First Floor of our Brighton Caf and can accommodate up-to 50 guests seated or standing.
The space is flexible, and can be hired for almost any event or meeting. All enquiries go directly to our Sales Manager who can discuss your details and requirements to offer the best layout and plan for your needs.

We don't charge any set hire charges.
We request a minimum spend for our Spaces. Providing the Minimum Spend is met, there is no Venue Hire or Charge costs. If the agreed minimum spend is not reached, the remaining amount will be charged as a Hire Charge.
