The Greene Room is a private event space arranged as an intimate dining room. Its defining character comes from its geometric wall patterning and traditional wood furnishings.
Design: The Greene Room has a classic interior scheme centred on dark geometric wall patterning, wood furniture and warm wall lighting. Tall windows bring in natural light, while the patterned carpet and decorative ceiling details add visual definition.
Features: The room includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a PA system with speakers. Hosts can play their own music and bring a DJ.

Damage Deposit
• Card details are taken via our booking system for up to £100. No money is taken from the card
Venue Decoration
• We ask that nothing be stuck to the paintwork or wallpaper in the venue
Cancellation Policy
• In the event of cancellation, we would need no less than 2 months' notice for you to receive the full refund (£100)
• For any cancellation after this time, we will hold the deposit in the event of the venue not being re-booked; if we do get another booking, your deposit will be refunded in full
Food & Drink
• Due to Health & Safety reasons, only food & drink purchased on the property can be consumed. Please see our Party Food Menu for our great selection
Set Up / Decoration
• We are happy to help you set up before the event, or you are welcome to come in earlier to decorate, but this will depend on whether there are any other bookings on the same day
• Please give us plenty of notice so we can facilitate your needs as best as possible
Staffing
• The venue will provide fully trained bar staff for all events
DJ
• DJs/DJ equipment can be sourced for your event, please discuss with us
• If you provide your own, please check their requirements with us before confirming
• Equipment is used at your own risk. The venue accepts no responsibility for external equipment lost or damaged at the venue
Under 18s
• No children under the age of 18 should be on the premises after 8pm, unless this has been pre-arranged with Management
Licensing
• We operate the Challenge 25 policy
Fire Exits
• Fire exits are clearly shown. Please ask a member of staff if you are unsure
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
