To ensure all guests enjoy a safe and memorable event, the following conditions apply to all venue hire bookings at Gio's Deli Bournemouth.
1. Booking & Payment • A deposit is required to secure the booking.
• Full payment must be made before the event date.
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.
2. Venue Hire • Hire times include setup and clear-down unless otherwise agreed.
• Events must finish at the agreed time.
• The venue capacity must not be exceeded.
3. Food & Drinks • Buffet and catering packages are available from Gio's Deli.
• Dietary requirements and allergies must be advised in advance.
• No outside catering or alcohol without prior approval.
4. Decorations • Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, furniture or fixtures.
• No confetti, glitter, candles, smoke machines or open flames are permitted.
5. Guest Conduct • Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, other guests and the venue.
• Any illegal or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of the event.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
6. Damage & Liability • The hirer is responsible for any damage caused by guests during the event.
• Gio's Deli accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
7. Health & Safety • Fire exits and access routes must remain clear at all times.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by venue staff.
8. Cleaning • Standard cleaning is included.
• Additional cleaning or damage repair may incur extra charges.
9. Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice given.
By confirming a booking, the hirer agrees to these terms and conditions.
