A compact, acoustically treated control room with a low ceiling and a close-arranged work surface suited to seated sessions. LED accent lighting provides controllable illumination while wall panels reduce reflections.

Room features: A computer-based workstation provides a large screen, a DAW‑ready MIDI keyboard and nearfield studio monitors for tracking, playback and mixing. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are available and a PA system offers louder reference playback when required.

Best for: Music production, mixing and post‑production are the primary uses, including composing, vocal overdubs and editing.
