HOUSE RULES – SHOOTS & PRODUCTIONS
All productions must supply a valid Public Liability Insurance certificate before arrival.
No smoking inside the property.
Only agreed rooms may be used for filming or equipment storage.
Protective floor coverings must be used for heavy equipment.
No nails, pins, adhesives, or tape on walls without approval.
Furniture may be moved but must be lifted, not dragged, and returned to original positions.
Overtime is charged after agreed hours.
Crew must take full responsibility for any damage.
Maximum crew size by agreement.
Quiet hours after 9pm unless arranged in advance.
Use of open flames (including in the inglenook fireplace) only by prior permission.
