About this space
On the first floor of our venue is The Baldwin Room. It is a private dining room in the centre of the spa city. It’s an area surrounded by ancient history. References to Roman legacy are everywhere, including in the beautiful and colorful artwork decorating the room. Art-deco details and antique brass lights illuminate the room, offering a sympathetic fusing of styles.
As for the arrangement, it is up to you. Invite 50 guests for dinner on round tables, or 28 on a long table.

- Starter: Buffalo mozzarella with lovage pesto, asparagus spears, broad beans, pine nuts, and basil
- Main: The Ivy Classic shepherd’s pie with peas, slow-braised lamb and beef, Cheddar mash, rosemary and red wine sauce
- Dessert: Classic frozen berries with frozen yoghurt and white chocolate sauce

2. Elegant Menu – £65 per person
- Starters (choice of one): Tossed Asian salad with hoisin sauce, steak tartare with toast, or buffalo mozzarella with lovage pesto
- Mains (choice of one): Blackened cod fillet, truffle chicken Milanese, or chargrilled halloumi with harissa grains
- Desserts (choice of one): Crème brûlée, profiteroles, or classic frozen berries
