- Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance; 15-minute grace period applies.
- No drinks-only bookings; bar seating is limited and not guaranteed.
- For cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows there is a fee per person.
- No lift access-ground floor seating can be requested when booking.
- Inform staff of dietary needs when booking and ordering.
- Children of all ages welcome; include them in guest count.
- No dogs or pets allowed (except guide and certified support dogs).
- No party decorations, balloons, or confetti allowed.
- Celebration cakes welcome with 48 hours’ notice or you can bring your own (served at table but not cut/served by staff).
- Smart-casual dress code; no flip flops, tracksuits, football shirts, or baseball caps.
