Beer Garden & Pergola at The Dun Cow
About this space
Beer Garden & Pergola is a semi-private outdoor space in The Dun Cow pub, defined by a sheltered pergola that provides covered outdoor seating beside an open lawn.
Design: The space has a traditional village-pub garden look, combining stone paving, timber picnic benches and planted borders. The layout is open and level, with mature hedging that frames the outdoor area and strong natural light throughout.
Features: The garden provides picnic-style seating on both paved and grassed areas. The space permits own music and the use of an external DJ, and guest Wi‑Fi is available. The entrance is step-free and the area is wheelchair accessible.
Ideal for: Small social groups and community gatherings that favour relaxed, informal outdoor dining and standing drinks.
What guests say: The garden is pleasant and welcoming and creates a cosy, friendly atmosphere.
