Beer Garden & Pergola at The Dun Cow
About this space
The beer garden is one of The Dun Cow’s strongest event spaces, especially in spring and summer. It offers a relaxed countryside setting for drinks, garden parties, family gatherings, baby showers, informal receptions, BBQ-style events, sunny afternoon socials, and dog-friendly get-togethers.
The pergola gives the outdoor area a natural focal point and makes the garden feel more like an event space rather than simply a few tables outside. It works well for welcome drinks, relaxed seating, casual dining, private parties, summer socials, and gatherings that require a more open-air feel.
This is not a corporate terrace or a blank patio. It is a proper pub garden: informal, friendly, and easy to enjoy. Guests can move between the garden, bar and indoor areas, making it ideal for events that want flexibility rather than rigid structure.
Best for: summer parties, garden drinks, baby showers, family gatherings, dog-friendly events, informal receptions, birthdays, community socials, and relaxed outdoor private hire.
