• Setup & Teardown: Your booking time must include all setup and pack-out windows. Please factor this in so your event concludes on time.
• Footwear & Turf Protection: Athletic shoes, runners, or indoor cleats are permitted on playing surfaces. Muddy outdoor shoes, metal cleats, and high heels are strictly prohibited on the turf and hardcourts.
• No Smoking or Vaping: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free facility. Smoking is prohibited indoors and near all entryways.
• Food & Drink Restrictions: Chewing gum, sunflower seeds, and colored sports drinks are strictly prohibited on the turf fields. Bottled water is encouraged.
• Outside Catering & Alcohol: Outside catering is welcome. Alcohol service must be disclosed and approved prior to booking, and all local municipal permits must be obtained and displayed.
• Decorations: Temporary decor must be free-standing or hung using painter's tape or zip ties. No drilling, nailing, or pinning into facility structures. Glitter and confetti are prohibited.
• Loading & Parking: Loading must take place through designated doors. All vehicles must park within our 300-space on-site lot.
• Surveillance: For safety, 24/7 video surveillance is active across common indoor areas, entrances, and the parking lot. Do not block or tamper with cameras.
• Respect the Space: Please leave the facility in a neat, orderly condition with trash placed in the provided bins.
