To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Prohibited:
Smoking & Vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Noise and disturbances must be kept to a very low level.
Pets are not allowed in the space.
Permitted:
Catering is allowed; outside food is welcome.
Cooking, keep clean the area.
Electricity Usage is included, but please turn off all lights and devices before leaving.
Additional Guidelines:
Respect the Space – Please return all furniture and items to their original places before leaving. Ensure all items are lifted rather than dragged. All items must be returned to original location before the end of your booking.
No Items in Common Areas – Do not leave personal belongings or event materials in shared building spaces.
Late Checkout Policy – A 10-minute grace period is provided at the end of your booking. After that, overtime fees apply.

All rubbish must be removed from site
All furniture and props to be returned to original position.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
