About this space
Our 1,580 square-foot gallery space can be rented for any occasion including cocktail parties, ice breaker events, networking mixers, birthday parties, holiday parties, workshops, yoga sessions, meditation classes, and many more.
Wide bay windows grace the front gallery and face the street, measuring about 900 square feet. The inner gallery, separated from the front gallery, is nearly 680 square feet of big open space with a ceiling of 12 feet 5 inches. The capacity is for about 125 people.

RULES:
(As there are working artists in their studios behind, above & below the gallery there are some rules as tenants that we have to abide to)
No smoking in the building.
No loud bands, but an intimate band or DJ is ok at a reasonable decibel.
Outside catering is allowed.
Alcohol is permitted to be served with a proper Special Events Permit and a bartender that has their Serving it Right licence.
A doorman is required for larger events.
All artwork must remain untouched.
No leaning against the 'free standing' art walls.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
