The Parker Rooftop is a roof-level bar and restaurant presented as a compact indoor–outdoor space centred on a polished service area and covered seating.

Design: The interior combines dark timber panelling, metal accents and polished stone surfaces, with a linear counter, backlit shelving and upholstered stools that create a contemporary hotel-bar aesthetic.

Features: The venue provides a staffed bar and a full kitchen capable of plated service. The rooftop includes a PA system and speakers and allows own music or an external DJ subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The space also provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, step‑free access and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups that want a relaxed, social evening combining standing drinks and seated dining formats.
