About this space

PERSPOLIS is an open-plan industrial event space centred on a large, uncluttered concrete floorplate that accommodates flexible layouts.

Design: The interior presents a raw industrial aesthetic of exposed timber roof trusses, high ceilings and white‑painted walls under bright industrial lighting.

Features: The venue includes a PA system and speakers, on-site Wi‑Fi and permission for own music or a brought-in DJ, subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The layout preserves a clear area suitable for a dancefloor and provides accessible toilets, a step‑free guest entrance and an internal stair area that can serve as staging or storage.

Ideal for: Independent promoters and community groups seeking an adaptable, informal space for standing receptions and lively social gatherings.

What sets it apart: A ground-level roller garage door provides direct vehicle access for equipment and oversized load‑ins.
