It has played host to orchestra sets and musicians live jam events, movie screenings, photo and film/video shoots. Ambient light streaming in through windows and selected skylight panels during the day. Additional light fixtures are CRI calibrated to match daylight.

The studio features a wide open floor plan, however space can be separated with partitions.
Make-up and wardrobe and washroom are segregated from the main studio space.
