Equipped with 8 mats and props, 8 cushions/bolsters and 8 blankets. It also has two comfy swivel couches to hold 1-1 sessions.
The room has lots of light. It is located on the 3rd floor, with the windows looking towards the street. The blinds can be drawn to make the space darker or create warmth. It has has two dimmer switches that allow the light to be as high or low as needed, and flameless candles are available for a softer atmosphere. The room is centrally heated. A whisper-silent cold fan and an AC are also available for quick temperature adjustments.
There are 2 washrooms on the same floor. There is no waiting room.
It is great for small groups (12 mats, 30 standing), and safe space to hold 1-1 sessions as well.
The building is unfortunately not accessible. There are 3 flight of 11-7-11 stairs going up. The space aims to be scent-reduced.
Yoga Circle's owner will meet you upon arrival to give access to the studio space before the event.
