Boulevard Ballroom is a ballroom in Mantra on View Hotel - Surfers Paradise that provides a long, column-free rectangular layout and high ceilings for uninterrupted sightlines.
Design: The ballroom has a neutral, hotel-conference aesthetic with patterned carpet, coffered ceilings set with inset lighting and mirrored ceiling panels that add visual depth. Tall wall panelling and a restrained colour palette create a formal, uncluttered backdrop.
Features: The ballroom includes built-in PA, ceiling-mounted projectors and drop-down screens plus a raised stage area suitable for presentations or performances. The room provides in-room Wi‑Fi, central air-conditioning and large windows that admit natural light while curtains allow light control. The space permits external DJs and own-music playback and has step-free entry and wheelchair-accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Larger corporate or association groups requiring presentation-grade AV and formal seating, and social groups seeking seated dining or an open area for entertainment.
- Your function must be conducted in an orderly and lawful manner and in accordance with the conditions attaching to the Hotel’s licenses granted under the Liquor Act, 1982. A copy of these conditions is available from the Hotel on request.
- The Hotel may terminate your function if the Hotel reasonably believes that your function is not being conducted in an orderly and lawful manner.
- The Hotel has no responsibility to you for any costs, damages or expenses that you may incur in relation to the Hotel’s termination of your function.
- The Hotel may exclude or remove any persons or possessions from your function or from the Hotel premises.
- No food or beverages of any kind, other than those provided by the Hotel, will be permitted onto the Hotel’s property without the consent of a representative of the Hotel.
- This Hotel practices principles of responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and may be removed from the premises.
