The Plantation Room is suitable for medium to large events, accommodating up to 300 guests in a theater-style setup. This pillarless room can be divided into three separate meeting rooms—Plantation 1, 2, and 3—each with a capacity of up to 100 guests.

The space includes a pre-function area with natural light, WiFi access, vehicle access, and audiovisual technology.

Terms & Conditions
• This offer is available on new bookings only and must be referenced at the time of enquiry to receive the advertised value-add inclusions.
• A minimum of 30 accommodation rooms and 30 conference delegates per day is required to qualify.
• Inclusions are available exclusively with the Full Day Delegate Package and must be utilised on the same day as the package booking.
• The organiser may select any two (2) of the four advertised inclusions.
• All inclusions are subject to availability at the time of booking and minimum catering spend requirements apply.
• Any inclusions not utilised on the booked day are forfeited and cannot be redeemed at a later date, exchanged for cash, or substituted for alternative benefits.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
• Events must be booked by 17 April 2026 for delivery between 1 June and 30 September 2026.

- Your function must be conducted in an orderly and lawful manner and in accordance with the conditions attaching to the Hotel’s licenses granted under the Liquor Act, 1982. A copy of these conditions is available from the Hotel on request.
- The Hotel may terminate your function if the Hotel reasonably believes that your function is not being conducted in an orderly and lawful manner.
- The Hotel has no responsibility to you for any costs, damages or expenses that you may incur in relation to the Hotel’s termination of your function.
- The Hotel may exclude or remove any persons or possessions from your function or from the Hotel premises.
- No food or beverages of any kind, other than those provided by the Hotel, will be permitted onto the Hotel’s property without the consent of a representative of the Hotel.
- This Hotel practices principles of responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and may be removed from the premises.
