About Wonwood Barton

Wonwood Barton is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Wonwood Barton is a 19th-century farmstead barn centred on a beamed traditional roundhouse that gives the property a rural, historic character.

Venue highlights: The venue offers weekend hire and a self-catered, DIY approach that lets hosts personalise tables, décor and layout. The gravel courtyard, orchard and south-facing lawn provide sheltered and outdoor locations suitable for ceremonies and photography. The property includes on-site accommodation and bell-tent camping options, and a level area for a summer marquee plus free on-site parking.

Best for: Weddings, residential weekend retreats and intimate family celebrations.

Location: Lamerton, on the edge of the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor. The area is rural farmland with rolling countryside views and quiet country lanes that suit multi-day events.

What guests say: Wonwood Barton provides responsive, hands-on support from on-site hosts who assist with weekend setup and offer flexibility over arrangements such as marquee use. The on-site team helps manage last-minute adjustments to keep event weekends running smoothly.
