A unique event space in the heart of the beautiful Test Valley, Hampshire. We have two venues on offer. Firstly, we have 10 acres of lush pasture and green space, centred around a magical converted barn that is perfect for parties and weddings.

Picture this: lush countryside views, barn-chic style, great facilities, and a crew ready to spoil your guests. That unforgettable event you’ve been dreaming of? It starts here!

Our venue is perfect for weddings, private parties, corporate retreats, and small festivals.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
