I highly discourage anyone from booking with this person. From the very start, the communication was terrible and unprofessional. I reached out a month in advance to inquire about renting the venue for a birthday. He initially confirmed availability and even offered free decorations, which I thought was a great gesture. However, when I asked to go ahead with the booking and schedule a viewing, things quickly took a turn. He made excuses, claiming he was on holiday and would need a week to get back to me, but assured me that everything was still fine for the booking. I waited patiently for a week, but received absolutely no communication. When I finally reached out, he completely ignored my calls. After numerous attempts, he finally picked up one of the calls and said he was too busy but would call me back in 15 minutes. I called back multiple times, but he didn’t pick up. The next day, he decided to pick up and informed me that they could no longer go through with the booking because I didn’t get back to him immediately. To top it off, he had the audacity to text me exactly saying, “You didn't get back to me immediately And now the function hall has closed down for the foreseeable future Sorry.” Very clearly unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. From the start, I had a bad feeling about this guy. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and very strange. It’s clear he doesn’t care about potential customers or providing decent service instead wasting their time with no communication from the start. Do not bother or help this business that treats customers unseriously like this. Very bad customer service. Lacking customer service skills. Very bad communication.
