The venue is a beautiful space in the centre of Manchester so close to all public transport, buses trains and trams.
The whole floor is available therefore has its independent amenities.
The staff were very helpful and flexible.
All in all it is an ideal space.
The only comment on negatives is that we used outside catering and they didn’t have access to a fridge

The event space was elegant and well suited to my vision for a private dinner party. The food was fresh and delicious, most guests were happy with the e courses although we would've preferred more options. The staff were also polite and accommodating, I would definitely use the space again.
There was an issue with clear communication surrounding the booking of a particular however we were satisfied with the resolution ans this did not negatively effect the birthday celebration itself.

Jacob and Lester were both extremely helpful for the entire process and made the booking/ actual event seamless. There were a range of options to choose from including meal options, venue dressings and extra additional amenities. On the day all the staff were extremely helpful and gave great service! Even sending Food for one of our bridesmaids to her room as she was trying to put our nephew to sleep. Made for an amazing day for all our guests and us the Brides!

Excellent communication from Jacob from the beginning. No question was too silly or too much!
The venue itself is absolutely amazing. So much room and the staff had everything set up for us already when we arrived.
The staff on the night were so helpful, nothing was too much effort - they really went above and beyond.
We have had so much positive feedback from our guests and we ourselves had such an enjoyable evening here.

'Everything. There is nothing I can fault. From the moment I enquired and speaking to Jacob, the level of professionalism was top tier. Jacob was super helpful and always happy to answer questions, going above and beyond to assist with my mums party. My sister went to view the venue and was so pleased with how friendly Jacob was and his willingness to bring our vision to life. On the day of the event Mitch was amazing, very reassuring and friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly. The guests were so pleased and everyone ran seamlessly. The venue itself was gorgeous!
