Great place and a great experience, slightly spoiled by some small items going missing from the meeting room overnight.. no resolution or compensation was offered. One item was returned. I would probably suggest a compensation policy in cases where this happens in the future.

We had the room overnight, and a couple of items went missing. One was returned, and one was not.

Booked this venue for a business meeting and it exceeded our expectations. Amazing staff, food, facilities & location. A special big thank you to Michal & Irina who were extremely helpful and patient through the whole booking process. I would recommend this hotel and spa and will definitely be coming back

We had a great experience during the 2 days and the food was amazing. We are looking for a regular place to meet, however I would probably not rebook, a couple of items did go missing from the room overnight, the wine was returned but a Christmas gift for one of my staff was not found. This left a bad taste for the overall experience we had.. and was quite embarrassing for myself in front of my team as I had booked the place. So I felt responsible. Thankyou though to Michal and Irina for being such a pleasure to work with and looking after my team otherwise. Gulfam
