About this space
Our first room includes bar where you can purchase any refreshments, snacks and alcoholic beverages.
Our top floor is spacious and ideal for sit down meals, receptions and wedding ceremonies. Also it has open plan rooftop terrace overlooking river Thames, but if you wish to have it closed of, it is possible to do so.
Both rooms individually can be hired for 50 people max and together up to 100 people max.
We are happy to provide more information and pictures or arrange viewing our stunning venue.

Minimum booking duration:

Extra charges:
• Bar staff. Depending on numbers, you will either need two or three bar staff for your event. The bar staff fee is £12/h + VAT. There will always be a duty manager on site during your event and the duty manager's fee is already included in the hiring fee.
• There is a flat fee of £100 +VAT for cleaning and staff setup per event.
• If you are holding an event for under 25yr olds, you must use security staff on the door throughout the event; we organise this through our regular company. They provide 2 people for the whole event from £220+VAT per night. (Minimum 5 hours, including half hour before and half hour after the event.)

• You use our well-stocked bar and purchase all the drinks from there.
• Because of our license, no-one under 18 is allowed to drink or purchase alcohol and ID may be required.

Fantastic venue, Charlotte, the venue liaison, was amazing. Always easy to contact. We visited several times before the event which was always made available. Charlotte was in contact with everyone who needed to help, decorators, bar, caterers etc. she made the whole experience easy to navigate. The venue is wonderful. The top floor has a large terrace overlooking the river which is beautiful at sunset. We had around 70 guests and there was ample room on the two floors we hired. Venue has a bar & kitchen, the venue bar staff were so lovely too!
The stairs can be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. It did not affect many of our guests but could be problematic for such guests. The 2nd floor is best for music as it has three speakers. We had dancing on the top floor which just has one speaker. In hindsight we should have had it on the 2nd floor as it wasn’t really loud enough with so many guests.
