The bar staff tried their best to make up for the unavailability of the private bar and barman and were nice with answering questions.
The private bar in the karaoke room which I paid extra for was closed when we arrived although it was promised to be included. The karaoke room was poor quality as well, only a couple seating options, it was cold, one of the microphones wasn’t working properly and there were no lights or anything extra to create a nice atmosphere
Great venue for karaoke for a big group. Would recommend. Really friendly staff too!
