The light and airy rooms and the set up of them to our requirements was great. staff were fantastic both at reception, and James who helped with the IT/screen set up. The catering was good too, and everything was fresh and flavourful and the clearing and setting up for our arrival, of lunch and monitoring the tea and coffee and water facilities was professional and discreet. An excellent venue that we will definitely look to use again.

There was not an equal division of the choice of sandwiches and there was a little too much melon on the fruit plates, but these are very minor points.

The room was excellent, as was the service. It matched her requirements perfectly, and also it was airy, stylish and added to the event. I also appreciated the support we received from the venue employees who supported us throughout the day. Finally, the catering was of an excellent standard and the food was delicious! As a wheelchair user, I really appreciated the accessible parking that was made available for me.

I'm a wheelchair user, and it was disappointing that I had to take the lift to down to the ground floor to access the accessible toilet. I know this would be difficult, but it would be great to have an accessible toilet on the first floor as well. The second thing was the coffee machine in the room. It, periodically, cleaned itself and re-boiled, which was very noisy and disrupting. Fortunately, although it happened regularly at about 30 minute intervals, the disruption was short. Neither problem was significant and did not prevent us having a great day.

The venue was located very centrally and with views into the Regents Park. The rooms have large windows so it feels spacious. The staff on hand from the initial enquiry all the way through the hire were attentive and accommodating to our needs. We made three-room bookings because we were so pleased with the service received. I highly recommend this venue.
