I hired the Hepper Room for a private lunch for a group of clients. This was my first such event and found it very easy to liaise with Coleen at the restaurant. On the day, the room was perfect for our purposes, excellent food and service, and I would highly recommend this venue to others.
I couldn't have been more happy, Coleen was absolutely amazing and it was such a pleasure to be able to work with her in the organisation of my event. She is a true asset to the Iberica team and I couldn't have asked for anymore. I am so grateful for all her help and kindness, she really did make everything so easy. Thank you to all the Iberica team on the day of the event who helped in setting up the table and looking after our every need throughout the day, you were all so amazing. Honestly couldn't have left any happier! :)
Recently had a birthday in the Hepper Room, they asked for a minimum spend of £1100, and deposit of £550 which I did get back. Decoration: really beautifully presented, though all the candles laid out were not lit at all, bit weird, not sure if this is a safety thing or they ran out of time. Food: fantastic, no doubt the quality and presentation were 10/10. Service: lovely waitress Sophia, and organiser Coleen, having a private bar upstairs is really really fun.
One suggestion to improve the guests experience, if you're insistent on having guests sit in a particular order based on pre orders, then you should let the booking birthday girl know, enforcing a seating plan on the night is quite awkward.

About Iberica Leeds
Within the decorated stone exterior of this magnificent 19th Century building, you’ll find a light and airy restaurant, with high ceilings and stunning chandeliers. In the daytime, the skylight running the entire length of the main dining room floods the restaurant with natural light. Our basement wine bar La Bodega (Spanish for winery) serves a selection of over 70 carefully sourced Spanish wines, as well as delicious tapas, Spanish cheeses, and Serrano and Ibérico hams.
Upstairs, you'll find the Hepper Room, a beautiful private space perfect for private dining, small standing receptions, and becoming increasingly popular with wedding breakfasts.
