About Houchins

Houchins is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Houchins is a converted barn events venue with timber-clad interiors and formal gardens.

Venue highlights: The timber-clad barn opens onto a paved terrace and formal lawns that link to a permanent marquee. In-house catering, on-site accommodation and free parking support private bookings, and the property's lakes supply waterside backdrops and outdoor breakout areas.

Best for: Weddings, private receptions and residential corporate retreats.

Location: Houchin's Lane sits in a rural setting; the site benefits from mature gardens and countryside privacy that provide self-contained outdoor spaces and photo locations.

What guests say: The lakes contain large carp, zander and catfish. The management is hands-on and helpful, and the waterside setting is peaceful with on-site WC facilities.
