Lost in the Reads is an independent bookshop in Kingswood, Bristol - and one of the most characterful event spaces in East Bristol.

Our ground floor is available to hire outside of opening hours, seven days a week, for a wide range of private events. Whether you're planning a birthday celebration, a team away day, a creative workshop, a networking evening or a community gathering, this is a space that your guests will actually remembe - surrounded by bookshelves, with cosy lighting and a genuinely independent feel that no hotel function room or blank-canvas venue can replicate.

Capacity: Up to 20 seated / 40 standing
Hire rate: From £50 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Availability: 7 days a week, evenings and weekends
Location: Kingswood High Street, Bristol — serving Hanham, Staple Hill, Emersons Green, Longwell Green, Keynsham and Downend

Optional add-ons include a delegate drinks package (tea, coffee and soft drinks at £8 per person), AV equipment, social media promotion, and our exclusive curated guest book bundles — a unique touch that no other Bristol venue can offer.

External catering and finger food are welcome.
