This is a beutiful and romantic venue. I booked for marriage proposal and had a seperate private chef. I had unforgetful memory and of course the proposal was successful. Lindsay was very helpful and easy ro approach. I appreciate her hospitality

This Spanish Colonial masterpiece built in 1925 and restored in 2023 is located on top of the hills of Silver Lake, offering the entire private top floor for productions, photo shoots, or intimate gatherings.
Apart from offering views of the hilly treetops surrounding the Silver Lake Reservoir, and panoramic mountain views, the interiors are full of natural light, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room, a dining room, and a chef’s kitchen with Carrara marble countertops and vintage furnishings.
