Host rules
- Booking time must include setup and breakdown. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
- Keep all main wooden gates closed, especially the front gate, as it swings out into the traffic lane.
- Do not block neighbors’ driveways with vehicles or equipment at any time.
- No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from structures.
- Catering is allowed indoors and in outdoor areas.
- No amplified sound outdoors after 10 PM. Please respect neighborhood quiet hours.
- No nudity or adult content without prior written approval.
- Furniture may be moved, but do not drag items. Please lift or use the provided floor protection when repositioning furniture or gear.
- No glitter, confetti, or open flames, including candles or sparklers.
- Trash must be disposed of in the designated bins located in the carport.
- Guests have full access to all areas except the locked garage or any areas marked with “Do Not Disturb” signage.
- Watch your step. Our property has a lot of stairs. Use handrails and be mindful when roaming the grounds.
- No animals without prior consent.

This Spanish Colonial masterpiece built in 1925 and restored in 2023 is located on top of the hills of Silver Lake, offering the entire private top floor for productions, photo shoots, or intimate gatherings.
