staff was very helpful during enquiry. the venue was very suitable to hold a birthday party for my 1 year old. it was well equipped that everyone of all ages could find suitable activities to play and bond.

I really appreciated the excellent customer service and responsiveness of the team. When we encountered minor equipment issues on the event day, the staff came down quickly to resolve them. The venue itself was also wonderful — spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a good variety of amenities suitable for all kinds of events. Everyone had fun and enjoyed the atmosphere throughout the day.
Special shout-out to Jasmine and Clarence for making this event a fun and successful one!
There were only some small hiccups with the equipment at the start, but the team handled them promptly and professionally. Other than that, everything went smoothly and we were very satisfied overall.

It was a very cozy and nice place for family gathering. All the guests loved the amenities there - kids loved the swimming pool, the indoor playground and the many toys/claw machine available, while the Adults enjoyed the pool table/foosball table. There were generally enough seats and table too, which made my guests comfortable throughout the whole event.
To add, it was very easy to communicate with the team and issues were addressed promptly. Thank you for memorable event!
