Rented this space for a company event, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. One of the main reasons we chose this venue was for the karaoke, but it was not working. My colleague had to spend a very long time trying to fix it, and even after all that effort, it still didn’t function properly. It was frustrating and took away from the event experience. The overall condition of the place was also unacceptable. The space was dirty, and the fridge was not cold at all. All the drinks we brought for the event stayed warm, which was extremely inconvenient and embarrassing in front of our team. The basketballs provided were old and dirty as well. We were charged a $150 cleaning fee, which is completely unjustifiable given the condition of the venue when we arrived. On top of that, we were told we could arrive 30 minutes earlier, but the access code provided was incorrect. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach staff before we were finally given the correct access code to unlock the door. Had I known the actual condition of the space and the issues we would face, I would have definitely chosen another venue. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and I will not be booking this space again.

If your intention is to have a play zone, then book this place, but if you are hosting an event, not much space to keep food, hang out. Unreasonable hosts who claimed we damaged the unlocking keypad/keys when we did not. Eventually scammed of our deposit. We also found leftover food from previous party left rotting in the fridge and had to clean it ourselves.
