• Lunch / Dinner Buffet Menu at $28.00++ / person (minimum of 30 persons)*
*Food is non-halal and will be externally catered from New Ubin Seafood Restaurant.
*Halal options can be requested; subject to external caterer’s rates and availability.
*Buffet menu and service are available for a minimum of 30 persons.
Own Externally Catered Food and Beverages*
If you opt for your own external catering, the following surcharge shall apply:
• Food with non-alcoholic beverages - $300.00++
• Food with alcoholic beverages - $800.00++
*Please note that the organizer and the commissioned caterer are responsible for clearing leftover food, garbage, and other items immediately after the event. Waste disposal should be handled off-site.
Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing Government tax, currently at 9% goods and services tax (non-commissionable) unless otherwise stated.

Host rules
Outside food and beverage shall not be brought into or consumed in the premises, unless pre-approval has been sought from MYMCA Management. Failure to comply will be subjected to a charge of SGD300 to SGD1,000 for the cleaning of the event room.

The Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists (SAOT) rented The Vine Ballroom, Cedar Room, Cypress Room and Cassia Room for our National Occupational Therapy Conference 2025.The venue was overall comfortable and the staff in charge at YMCA, Karen Vo was generally very friendly, accommodating and responsive.
There were some audio issues with the microphone in The Vine Ballroom and Cassia which we needed to activate the YMCA staff to assist and rectify. Staff was generally quick to respond when activated.

PIC Karen is very attentive, proactive and supportive. Planning was extremely smooth and actual day was worry free because of her service. Venue is really clean and very good size for party for 70-90 pax.

Loved the service and support from Karen and Jack! They were very attentive and did everything they could to ensure that our event ran smoothly. Metropolitan YMCA is definitely a venue I’ll keep in mind for our future events.
