Outstanding coordination, planning and explanation by Glenn (Event & Sales Manager). Rico was also very proactive in serving guests at the restaurants, helped keep a look out for me. I was barely managing toasts from guests and Rico quickly served me lime juice. Overall great experience from planning to rooftop solemnisation to lunch reception. Glad we chose here.
Part time service crew at the drinks reception isn't proactive enough in serving drinks to guests. Cups were disposable paper type, not glassware or plasticware.

Hotel coordinator is very helpful and responsive. Includes most of the service needed, not much preparation required from us.
The ad hoc decoration company is really unresponsive and irresponsible. If couples are planning to get extra decoration other than what’s included in the hotel package, we truly recommend that you get your own decorator elsewhere.
