Our Oaks Pavilion wedding venue in Witham provides the perfect setting for all types of events. With its own private entrance, our brand new function suite can seat up to 140 people. Light and spacious, and decorated in elegant neutral tones, the function suite enjoys its own reception area; function room with fully stocked bar and private terrace overlooking the Acorns golf course. Moreover, there is Wifi and wheelchair access throughout. As well as dedicated toilet facilities including a disabled toilet and baby changing. Ample free parking.
Cleverly designed to be resized with subtle room dividers, the Oaks Pavilion event venue in Essex is extremely versatile and can cater for any size event, from weddings; birthday parties; proms; anniversaries; business meetings; corporate events and funeral receptions.
You can choose from a wide selection of menus and our Events Coordinator will work directly with you to plan your event and provide first-class service and support from beginning to end. Overall, our aim is to ensure the success of your event.

By booking our venue, you can be sure you will have a lot of space to celebrate your day. Inside we have plenty of space for dancing.
You don't need to worry about planning your wedding because our wedding coordinator will advise you at every point.
We also allow for using confetti so you can have a show outside as well.

Two 9 hole Golf Courses, an undercover 15 bay floodlit Driving Range, Putting Green, a team of qualified Golf Professionals to help you improve your game, a great selection of clothing and equipment in our Golf Shop, a friendly Clubroom with Bar and Restaurant area, also available for hire for events, and our fabulous Bear Creek Adventure Golf Course.
