About this space

The Oakwood is our largest event space, holding up to 200 guests for a standing reception. It sits close to the reception area, opens directly onto two garden spaces, and includes a private bar. Floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings bring in plenty of natural light.

The room works for awards evenings, large speaker sessions, and team away days. With the outdoor patio and woodland grounds, it also suits activity sessions, team-building, and wellness retreats. Our suppliers can arrange inflatable obstacle courses, workshops, sauna huts, and ice baths for groups that want a wellness focus ahead of the new working year.

The outdoor grounds work as a natural setting for indoor-outdoor retreats, with bedrooms set across woodland lodges. Guests can step straight into woodland walks, and Marwell Zoo is just a minute away.
