- Professional Conduct: This is a quiet, professional tutoring environment. We ask that all guests keep noise to a respectful level in communal areas.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and the Maple House building.
- Food and Drink: Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. Light snacks are permitted, but we kindly ask that no hot, strong-smelling food (e.g., takeaways) be consumed inside the classrooms to maintain a fresh environment for our students.
- Capacity: For safety and comfort, the maximum occupancy is 8 persons per room.
- Furniture & Equipment:Please do not move heavy furniture without assistance. All whiteboards should be cleared at the end of the session unless otherwise agreed.
- Cleanliness: Please leave the room in the clean condition you found it. Any significant damage or deep cleaning required will result in an additional charge.
- Punctuality: Please ensure your session ends on time to allow for the scheduled cleaning and transition between bookings.
- Waste Management: To maintain a clean environment for our students, we ask that you take all your own rubbish (including food wrappers and empty bottles) with you at the end of your hire. Small amounts of waste paper may be left in the provided bins.
- Ample parking is available throughout the Knights Park.
Important: Parking is managed by a third party with ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) in operation.
Check Signage: Please check the posted terms and conditions upon arrival. Standard limits apply (typically 4 hours), and Lernovatic cannot be held responsible for any parking fines incurred.
Accessibility: Designated Blue Badge bays are located directly near the Maple House entrance for ease of access.
