The hire for the Patti Bar is included within the hire for the Function room and The Conservatory. The bar acts as a supporting room for the neighbouring function room where events are held. It can also cater for dog friendly diners, who wish to dine with their pets, leaving the main function room for use as the main restaurant for guests who do not wish to dine with their dogs.

- No smoking in the building.
- Outside catering is not allowed.
- We provide alcohol for events. However, you can bring your own alcohol for a corkage fee depends on the size of the bottle and alcohol content.
- You can cancel at any time with loss of deposit.
- If you cancel within 6 months you are liable for 50% of the event cost.
- If you cancel within 2 months you are liable for the full event cost.
You may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 6 months from the original date for a transfer fee.
