Ramshorn Estate is a country-house collection of self-contained lodges set across woodland, defined by practical self-catering accommodation arranged for privacy and easy group stays.
Design: Interiors feature modest country-lodge fittings, neutral walls, exposed brick accents and practical timber furniture that create a straightforward, unpretentious look. Large windows bring natural light into the living areas.
Features: Each lodge has a self-catering kitchen, a separate living area and ensuite bedrooms; most bedrooms include a TV with access to streaming services. The estate provides Wi‑Fi, optional log burners with wood available for purchase, and parking available for a fee on gravel. Music is permitted on site and a hired DJ is allowed subject to a noise restriction.
Ideal for: Groups seeking relaxed, self-catered weekend breaks and informal social stays in private lodges.
What sets it apart: Several lodges include private outdoor hot tubs that are maintained and serviced between stays.

Venue Rules – Ramshorn Estate (Amos Holiday Homes)
Check-in: From 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late check-out may be arranged at £50/hour, subject to availability)
Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of £150 is required prior to check-in. Higher deposits may apply for large or specific groups.
Guest Types:
Our properties are primarily for families and professional groups. We do not typically accept stag or hen parties unless agreed in advance. The lead guest must be 21 or older.
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Infants under 2 are not counted towards this total.
Pets:
Up to 2 dogs per property are welcome at £30 each. Must be arranged and paid for prior to arrival.
Conduct:
No parties or events unless agreed in advance. Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM.
Use of Property:
The property is for holiday and corporate use only. The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of all group members and for leaving the lodge in a clean and tidy condition.
Additional Charges:
Extra items such as high chair hire (£15) and additional car parking (£15 per car) must be booked in advance.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
