Foster Studio Rules

Payment: All bookings must be paid for in full in advance of the hire date.
Booking Hours: Please adhere to your allocated booking times. Additional time may incur extra charges.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid full booking fees.
Setup & Cleanup: All setup and breakdown must be completed within your booked time. Please leave the studio as you found it.
Equipment Usage: Any equipment must be handled with care. Damaged or missing equipment will incur replacement costs.
Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Food & Drink: Food and drink are permitted only in designated areas (kitchen or meeting room).
Parking: On-site parking is available for up to 2 cars. Additional parking can be arranged nearby.
Guests: You are responsible for the behaviour and actions of your guests while in the studio.
Security: The studio is monitored by CCTV outside for security purposes.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the studio unless specifically agreed upon prior to booking.
Waste: Please dispose of waste appropriately. A cleaning fee may be applied if the space is left untidy.
