About this space

Studio 1 is the largest studio at The Yoga Factory, on the first floor. It is an open room with high ceilings, natural light, heating and dimmable lighting, and it is used for classes, workshops, retreat days and events. It holds up to 60 people standing or 40 on mats. Aerial rigging for silks and hoop is available, so the room suits both mat-based practice and aerial sessions.

The studio is set up as you need it. It has a sound system you can plug into, and a reception and waiting area for guests. Cleaning can be arranged on request, and PRANA HOUSE café is on site for food and drinks before, during or after a session. The café can also provide catering, from fresh juices and sharing platters to full workshop lunches. Events can be promoted free on the studio’s website and in its weekly email.

The room is used for yoga, Pilates and movement classes, workshops and masterclasses, retreat days, teacher training, meditation, breathwork and sound baths, women’s and spiritual circles, aerial silks and hoop, talks and presentations, corporate wellbeing sessions and creative gatherings.
