Room 11 Studios comes with the main setup already in place, so it’s easy to walk in and start recording. The space is soundproofed and acoustically treated, with podcast microphones, built-in studio lighting, and optional lighting changes if you want a different look on camera.

Arrive on time
Your booking includes setup and pack-down within the time you’ve booked. If you arrive late, the session may be shorter.
Maximum occupancy
The studio is suitable for up to 6 people unless agreed in advance.
Respect the equipment
Please handle microphones, cameras, lights, and stands with care. Don’t move or rewire equipment unless you’ve asked first.
Food and drink
Water is fine. Hot drinks and food must stay away from microphones and equipment. If you spill something, tell us immediately.
No smoking or vaping
No smoking or vaping inside the building.
Volume and behaviour
Keep noise reasonable in shared areas and outside the studio. No abusive or disruptive behaviour.
Set changes
You can choose from the round table, relaxed seating, or green screen setups. Any major set change requests should be confirmed before the session.
Content responsibility
You’re responsible for your content and permissions (music, clips, guests, releases). We can’t host or distribute copyrighted material for you.
Keep it tidy
Please leave the studio as you found it. Put rubbish in the bin and return props to their original place.
Damage policy
Any damage caused by guests may be charged at repair/replacement cost.
File handling (only include if true)
We’ll provide your files [same day / within 24 hours]. Please back up your files promptly once received.
Bookings and cancellations
Cancellations/reschedules must follow the Tagvenue policy (or your own policy if you’re using one).
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
