Jess answered all my questions promptly. Listened and everything went well. Karen was excellent on the evening of the party. Very attentive. The room was a good size and the layout great. Only issue was the bar. We weren't able to get drinks from there due to an issue with the beer pump not working so had to go to the other bar. All in all a really good hotel and the staff were 10 out of 10.
