-Please respect the calm and therapeutic environment at all times.
-Keep noise levels low in corridors, communal areas and treatment rooms.
-Arrive and leave sessions promptly to avoid disruption to other practitioners and clients.
-Practitioners are responsible for managing their own clients whilst on site.
-Rooms must be left clean, tidy and reset ready for the next user.
-Any equipment used should be cleaned and returned to its original place after use.
-Please dispose of waste appropriately and follow clinical hygiene procedures where applicable.
-Food with strong smells should not be consumed in therapy or treatment rooms.
-Mobile phones should be kept on silent within all wellbeing spaces.
-Confidentiality and privacy of all clients and practitioners must be respected at all times.
-Safeguarding, health & safety and data protection policies must be followed by all room users.
-Any damages, maintenance concerns or incidents should be reported to management immediately.
-Shared spaces should be used respectfully and left welcoming for others.
-Only approved practitioners and booked clients may use treatment and therapy rooms.
-Please ensure lights, heaters, music systems and equipment are turned off at the end of your booking.
-We aim to create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for everyone — kindness and professionalism are expected at all times.
-No smoking or vaping in the building.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
