A converted Church Hall with high ceilings, original windows, natural light and vintage furniture.
Colorama backdrops are available with plenty of height. The windows provide lots of natural light, and have electric blinds to control this.
Small side rooms are available on request for changing / HMU.

Host rules

1. Booking Times & Punctuality
Your booking time includes set-up and pack-down. The hire starts at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival. The studio must be vacated and reset by the end time. Overtime is charged at £60/hour + VAT, starting immediately (e.g. 10 mins = £60+VAT, 1h10 = £120+VAT).

2. Colorama & Consumables
One Colorama colour is included per booking. Paper used on the floor initially is free. Any additional paper used, soiled, walked on, or cut is charged at £10/m. Do not adjust backgrounds—ask staff for changes.

3. Studio Condition & Cleaning
Return the studio to its original condition: reset props, clear equipment, and remove rubbish. Use of materials like glitter, confetti, fake snow, or food waste incurs a £150 professional cleaning fee.

4. Equipment & Liability
The Lead Booker is responsible for all guests and any damage. Damaged equipment will be charged at full replacement cost + 15% admin fee. The studio is a “Wet Hire” (equipment included). Basic help is available; advanced support or lighting setups cost £50/hour (pre-booked).

5. Health, Safety & Noise
Keep music at a moderate level. Fire exits and walkways must remain clear. The studio is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping throughout the premises.
