Our 5,000 sq ft animation and film studio is a purpose-built, open-plan space designed for all kinds of production work.

Booking & Access: Studio use is by reservation only. Arrive and leave on time to respect others’ bookings. Access is granted only to registered users.
Cleanliness: Keep the studio tidy. Clean up all materials, props, and tools after use. Dispose of waste properly.
Equipment Use: Handle all equipment with care. Report any damage or malfunctions immediately. Do not remove equipment from the studio.
Noise & Behavior: Maintain a quiet, professional atmosphere. No disruptive behavior. Respect others’ creative space and privacy.
Food & Drink: Only water allowed near workspaces. No food near sets or electronics.
Safety: Follow safety guidelines at all times. Keep walkways clear and store cables securely.
Content Respect: No offensive, illegal, or harmful content is to be created on the premises.
Lighting & Setups: Do not alter permanent lighting rigs or studio infrastructure without permission. Restore any moved lights or gear to their original setup.
Guests: Only authorized guests are allowed in the studio. All visitors must be approved in advance and follow the same rules as users.
Time Management: Plan your shoot to include setup and cleanup within your reserved time slot. Overtime use is not permitted unless pre-approved.
