Sports Area at The Hideaway Manchester

About this space

Sports Area is a Sports Hall within The Hideaway Manchester and a compact, semi-private indoor sports and games space designed for supervised children's activity sessions.

Design: The room has bright natural light from high windows, carpeted floors and colourful, child‑oriented murals; fixtures and seating are low and scaled for young children, keeping sightlines open for supervisors.

Features: A wall-mounted TV and PA system provide audio-visual support. The space has Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, a step-free guest entrance, wheelchair access and accessible toilets. The semi-private layout keeps activities contained while allowing supervising adults close access to the play area.

Ideal for: Families and small supervised children's activity groups seeking an active, relaxed indoor play setting.

What sets it apart: A built-in indoor mini‑golf arrangement that provides multiple putting lanes and a dedicated small‑scale sports surface for coached games.

What guests say: The space is safe, relaxed and well managed. The staff presence is warm, helpful and provides clear orientation to the different play areas.
