Welcome to our versatile Gym Floor, a dynamic space available for rent, catering to videoshoots, photoshoots, and workshops. This expansive area boasts a wide range of top-notch equipment, ensuring a premium fitness experience.

Equipped with two Watt Bikes, the Gym Floor offers a high-intensity cycling experience. Additionally, the Stairmaster and Treadmill provide excellent cardiovascular workout options. The Atlantis Pendulum, Atlantis Leg Press, Atlantis Lying Leg Curl, and Atlantis Leg Extension machines offer targeted strength training for lower body muscles.

For upper body workouts, the Gym Floor features the Atlantis Lat Pulldown & Low Row Combo, allowing you to engage multiple muscle groups. The Hip Thrust Platform and Preacher Curl station provide specialized exercises for glutes and biceps respectively.

For intense conditioning, two Assault Bikes are available, offering a challenging full-body workout. The Concept 2 machines, including two Ski-ergs and two Rowers, provide versatile cardiovascular training options.

The Primal Hex Bar and Sled, accompanied by a 10m Sled Track, offer opportunities for functional strength and power training. The Smith Machine provides a controlled environment for various weightlifting exercises.

To focus on targeted muscle groups, the Gym Floor features the Machine Abduction station. Additionally, two Benches and four Mats are available for various workout routines, ensuring comfort and safety.
