Our Asahi Cube is a beautiful outdoor glass room over looking the garden and is the perfect location for your next celebration or event. Enjoy exclusive use 11am-5pm or 6pm-23:00.

Larger parties can enjoy a sit-down meal with up to 40 guests or a more relaxed buffet & drinks event or drinks reception with up to 50 guests.

With our Celebration Menu, Buffet Menu and Drinks Packages to choose from, the options for your event are sure to suit any occasion.

The Merlin is located in between Alderly Edge and Wilmslow on the Wilmslow Road. Located just off the main road, we’re nice and easy to find, just 12 miles from the centre of Manchester.
